Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our end.

To Start a Return

Email us at scenicshorelines@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
